Trauma, trapped emotions, and self-limiting beliefs don’t just live in the mind—they often feel like “sludge” in the body. They create tension, resistance, and the sense that no matter how much you know, something still isn’t shifting.
My work helps you move through those stuck places. My coaching style is intuitive, subjective, and deeply customized to each person. Every session is guided by the same intention: helping you create a life that feels more calm, connected, authentic, and aligned with your higher self.

You’ve probably heard the phrase: “You’ve got to feel it to heal it.”
And honestly… that’s the part most people try to skip.
Healing requires sitting with emotions, facing difficult experiences, and allowing the body to process things it may have been holding for years. It’s not always the fun part—but it’s where the real transformation happens.
Traditional therapy can be incredibly valuable for helping you understand your trauma, patterns, and conditioning. But often it stays in the realm of head knowledge.
And traditional healthcare often swings the opposite direction—trying to suppress or numb what you’re feeling entirely.
The challenge with both approaches is that true healing requires more than just intellectual understanding.
When we only work from the neck up:
1. You keep battling yourself.
You may know how you “should” think, feel, or behave—but parts of you are still holding onto old patterns that haven’t been processed in the body.
2. You unintentionally bypass healing.
When emotions stay trapped in the body, they continue to drive reactions, stress, and disconnection.
Real healing happens when we start working from the chest down, not just the neck up.
How These Sessions Work
My IFS sessions create space for exactly that kind of deeper work.
Yes, going there can feel uncomfortable at first. But it’s often the fastest path to alignment and relief.
During our sessions:
